You can exchange the items in person at our company headquarters in Tržič or by mail. If sending by mail, please include the necessary details in the package: full name, address, phone number, email, and information about the desired exchange (size and color). A contract withdrawal is not required for exchanges.
Items must be returned to our address either in person or by mail. To process a refund, we require a receipt and/or order number. The funds will be refunded in the same way they were received (bank transfer, card payment). In the case of cash on delivery payment, it is necessary to provide the transaction account (TRR) number to which the purchase amount will be refunded. The purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account after receiving the payment of the cash on delivery amount from the customer.
The complaint period for items is one year. The item can be exchanged or refunded. All the items must first be returned to our address in person or by mail. To process a refund, we require a receipt and/or order number.
